Tatyana Mikayilova Entrepreneur, Women & Kids STEAM Education & Leadership Ambassador

Tatyana Mikayilova is the Founder and Managing Partner of RED Communications and also Co-Founder of Edutainment.az. Tatyana is the Social Entrepreneur, Advocate of the Innovative Education and STEAM, Women Empowerment Ambassador.

Having more than 17 years’ experience in strategic communications, reputation management and business administration, Tatyana was graduated first from The Azerbaijan University of Construction and Architecture and then from the London Institute of Public Relations.

She has started her career in telecommunications and then was working for the oil company. In 2009 she has established RED Communications – company which is currently leading agency in the local PR and marketing communications market. In 2015 RED Communications received the exclusive affiliation status from Ketchum.
Tatyana Mikayilova is the Founder and Chairwoman of the “100 Business Women of Azerbaijan», organization which gathers under its umbrella female business owners and top level executives. She is the frequent speaker at the international events. Tatyana is awarded with the State Award “Tereggi” for the development of women entrepreneurship. She has also received an International Women Entrepreneurship Challenge Award from IWEC.
