Ayşe Coral General Manager of Adler Central Europe, Associate Certified Coach

Ayşe Coral is the General Manager of Adler Central Europe. She is also Adler Certified Trainer and executive coach. After running her own business for 25 years in textile, she started her coaching training in 2010, finished certificate programs and practicum and became ACPC Adler Certified Professional Coach. She took Mentor Coaching and Team Coaching Trainings (Living System Approach). Also participated in personal development and spiritual trainings from the well-known trainers all over the World.

In line with her vision she worked in different Projects with women in social responsibility context and mentored them to start their own business.

She is one of the first trainers PET (Parents Effectiveness Training/Thomas Gordon) in Turkey.

Her Corporate experience aligned with Coaching and mentoring skills supported the management of the Coaching School and created team work which brought great achievement.

Her mindset is based on her passion for life and human beings. She believes that, transformation can be accomplished by touching people while witnessing the other person’s awareness in change process, and integrating with compassion.

Her life motto is “per Ardua Ad Astra” which means, pertinaciously to stars. Believes strongly that if a person tries with passion and perseverance, reaches the stars.
