Fatma Eser Ömeroğlu started her career as an experimental pathologist at Marmara University Institute of Neurological Sciences after graduating from Marmara University, Department of Pathology with third degree.

She continued her pathology education with her knowledge and experience in Klinisches Institut für Neurologie der Universitat Wien-AUSTRIA. She then worked in different hospitals such as Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital and Johns Hopkins Anadolu Health Center for more than 12 years respectively. In this period, she participated in various studies of publications and international publications in various nationally recognized magazines.

After 2000, she continued her career as a Laboratory Manager with administrative responsibilities besides experimental works. In the department of pathology, she served for annual budgeting, procurement and government bidding process. She co-operated with departments such as purchasing and marketing. Meanwhile, She graduated from Anatolian University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration.

After her second childbirth in 2009, she headed for personal development fields by ending her active career. She decided to work professionally by being impressed by the positive changes that coaching caused in different areas of her life.

Fatma Eser has over 1000 hours of coaching experience, individual and institutional coaching and trainings. She is a (PCC) Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). After serving as a member of the board between 2016-2018 to ICF Turkey Charter Chapter, she has become Chairman of the Board for 2018-2020 period. Fatma Eser is a member of the Institute of Gifted and Intelligent Intelligence and mother of two boys.
