Vedat Erol is one of the Training Faculty Leader in Adler Central Europe. He is also the founder of As Leader, Leadership School; Parent Effectiveness School. He is a leadership trainer, executive leader coach and team coach. He coaches business leaders, CEOS, General Managers and entrepreneurs. He is a professional coach for 18 years and trainer for more than 30 years of experience. He has experience in leadership training, team coaching and executive coaching in global, international and national companies.

Vedat Erol is the co-author of 5 books and his 6th book named ‘Leadership Journey’ on leadership has been published in 2012. The third edition was published in 2016.

He is an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed Master Certified Coach (MCC). He is also an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC).

‘Agile Leadership’, ‘Leadership Journey’ and ‘Manager As Leader’ are the leader development programs he designed, which have been preferred by many corporations for leadership trainings and talent management programs in Turkey.

Master trainer of Gordon Training International for Parent Effectiveness Training and he is authorized to give Agile Leadership, Authentic Leadership trainings for Axialent, Conscious Business for business leaders.
